6th Civil Society Forum for Sustainability – Shaping the European Green Deal.
Join us for the Civil Society Forum for Sustainability – Shaping the European Green Deal!
The Civil Society Forum for Sustainability offers a unique opportunity to engage in inclusive dialogues, foster valuable networks and collaborations with civil society organisations and experts, and actively contribute to holding the EU and its Member States accountable for sustainability commitments.
Building upon the discussions of previous Civil Society Forums on the European Green Deal, this sixth forum will emphasise the importance of a robust vision for the socio-ecological transition. This vision is critical for the EU to ensure a safe future, protect the planet, and promote the well-being of its people, especially in the context of the upcoming European Parliament elections.
The forum's outcomes will be compiled into a policy tool, publicly available to support joint advocacy efforts by CSOs for a strong vision of the social-ecological transition in the context of the upcoming European Elections.
Agenda highlights:
Day 1: Identifying emerging issues related to the social-ecological transition, their connection to upcoming elections, and potential stakeholders.
Day 2: Keynote speaker presentation on building narratives and messages, followed by the development of strategic narratives for various stakeholders to accelerate the social-ecological transition.
